Access

CRD is an invitation-controlled workspace intended for registered clinicians. Use an authorised account and do not share credentials.

Clinical responsibility

You remain responsible for clinical decisions, documentation and patient care. CRD does not replace professional judgement, supervision, local policy or crisis services.

AI-assisted features

AI-assisted material is provisional and requires clinician review. It must not be treated as an autonomous diagnosis, treatment decision, triage decision or crisis response.

Data and confidentiality

You are responsible for having the authority to process information you place in CRD and for following the governance requirements that apply to your practice or organisation. See the Privacy notice.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive or deceptive use
• No attempts to bypass access controls
• No reverse engineering except as permitted by law
• No malware or content you do not have the right to process

Intellectual property

The software, design and branding remain owned by nou or its licensors. Clinical content you author remains subject to your professional authorship, these terms and applicable law.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Keep your devices and account credentials secure.

Founding access

Founding access is an early-access licence. It does not confer equity, ownership, partnership status or any right to direct product development. Additional commercial terms shown at checkout apply when paid access is available.
